Lauretta Onochie, special adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on social media, has exposed how committed Mr President is in rehabilitating and reconstructing spoilt roads in the south east and other parts of the country.
In her statement on Sunday, Onochie revealed how sections of Onitsha-Enugu expressway and Amansea-Enugu, the State Border cost the sum of ₦5.1 Billion to rehabilitate.
According to her, TrackaNG, an independent organisation that follows budgeted funds across Nigeria, reported the massive construction work ongoing in the following sections: Umunya to Awka down to Awkuzu junction.
She said that these projects were able to stand because of the ₦100 Billion Sukuk Bond Project, mapped out by Buhari’s administration.
“President Buhari is determined and committed to the rehabilitation of roads, across the country.
As we enter the #NextLevel, let’s be prepared for greater benefits from this Patriotic and selfless leader and his administration.
Every part of this great nation will continue to benefit from the developmental strides of the Buhari administration”, she said.
