African Alliance Insurance Plc, has unveiled a new corporate brand identity and a new logo with a focus to strengthen its customer service delivery and leverage to digitalization.
The new corporate identity marks the company’s first major rebrand since its launch in 1960. Its new identity features a new logo and new website, following the recent relocation of its headquarters to Ikoyi area in Lagos.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony in Lagos, Managing Director of the Company, Mrs Funmi Omo, expressed optimism about the company’s focus stating that customers will begin to experience improved services across the country.
She said: “African Alliance Insurance having served our customers since 1960, saw a need to refresh the identity of the company in line with our commitment to protecting the future of every Nigerian and our relentless mission to improving the quality of life of our customers.”
According to her, the new logo which takes on a diamond shape reinforces the company’s mantra of life as a special gift to be treasured adding, “Our new brand consists of two colours, blue and grey. While blue represents loyalty, strength, wisdom, trust, stability, and technology, grey stands for friendship, maturity, imagination, sophistication, security, reliability and intelligent. Beneath the logo is inscribed the tag line “With you for life” reiterating the company’s commitment to providing a secure financial future at every point in life.”
Also speaking, Acting Chairman, Board of Directors, African Alliance, Mr Anthony Okocha, said: “As we launch our new identity and advertising campaign, we are affirming African Alliance potentials for stronger growth through innovation and branding. We will continue to break new grounds as we further expand the joys for our customers and society.”
