Whereabout of runaway MASSOB member unknown – Relation

The whereabout of Okafor Kelvin Ernest, a member of the Movement for Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra MASSOB, who ran away from the country because he was declared wanted by the police following a protest rally in Imo state in 2009, in which some people were killed, has become a source of worry to his family.

According to Promise Okafor, cousin to Kelvin Ernest, Okafor Chinedu Ernest, father to Kelvin Ernest who was one of the coordinators of MASSOB was killed in 2009 during one of their protest rallies in Imo state. Promise added that following the death of Chinedu Ernest, and the fact that Kelvin Ernest who is the son was declared wanted by the police along side his fellow MASSOB members, he decided to flee the country to avoid being killed like it happened to his father.

Promise said however, that since Kelvin Ernest left the shores of Nigeria about 10 years ago, no single word has been heard from him or about him, a situation that has become a source of worry to the family and suspicious.
