BENIN CITY- Senatorial candidate of Action Democratic Party, in Edo South Senatorial District,  Dr. Ese Owie, has condoled with a former governor of Edo State, Chief Lucky Igbinedion over the death of his son and nephew, Messrs Osaretin Igbinedion, and  Eseosa Oyemwense.

In a statement issued in Benin City yesterday, Owie said: “I commiserate with the family of Igbinedion, Chief Lucky Igbinedion, his wife, Mrs. Eki Igbinedion and the entire Igbinedion family over the passing of Osaretin and Eseosa Oyemwense.

“Words are inadequate to express the profound sense of loss occasioned by the tragic transition of promising children who were just blossoming.

“I join friends and well-wishers of Lucky  Igbinedion and his wife in prayers for the repose of the souls of the departed and urge the families to take solace in the assurance that we shall all reunite on the  resurrection morning.”

While praying to God to receive the souls of Osaretin and Eseosa in his bosom, Owie enjoined men and women of goodwill to constantly remember the family of Igbinedion in their prayers.

Owie had earlier paid a condolence visit to the patriarch of Igbinedion family, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion and the former governor.
