Management of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, Idi-Araba, yesterday, raised the alarm over an abandoned accident victim at its Accident and Emergency centre, since June 2018.

The victim, a woman with an undisclosed identity as gathered, was rushed to the teaching hospital by the police eight months ago, after she was knocked down by a vehicle around Ebute-Metta area.

Though treatment according to the tertiary hospital, had been ongoing but the victim is yet to regain her mental balance, a situation that was said to have made it impossible to get her true identity.

Expressing worry over the situation, LUTH’s Corporate Affairs Manager, Mr. Kelechi Otuneme, said: ”She is presently being managed in the Ward and not yet mentally stable to give accurate information about herself and her relatives.
