Kaduna Chamber of Commerce reschedules international trade fair

The Kaduna Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (KADCCIMA), organisers of the annual Kaduna International Trade Fair, has rescheduled the 40th    Kaduna International Trade Fair till March following the postponement of the general elections.

In a statement yesterday, the Director General of the chamber, Mal. Usman  Saulawa, disclosed that the fair, which normally comes up in the months of February/March of each year has    been rescheduled to hold from Friday 29th March to Sunday 7th April, 2019 due to the change of elections dates.

“The reason for this change of the usual months is because of the general elections in the country now rescheduled for 23rd    February and 9th  March 2019. The official opening ceremony of this 40th Kaduna International Trade Fair with the theme “Consolidating Interface between Industry and Agriculture for Nigeria’s Sustainable Development,” will be performed on Saturday 30th March, 2019.

“Already,    trade fair participation forms    and other    necessary information concerning the trade fair are in circulation. The Chamber is in contacts with both local and international exhibitors concerning the Fair” he stated.
