The film, music and theatre world have come together for Africa’s largest performance festival – Lagos Fringe Festival 2018. The 3-day event commenced yesterday 16th November and will end on Sunday, 18th o9f November 2018.

The organizers of the festival led by Kenneth Uphopho unveiled a line-up of several captivating and fascinating plays expected to showcase.

Showcasing at the various strands of venues of the festival including Terrakulture, Main Lagos Fringe Stage, Kongi’s Harvest Gallery, Freedom Park, British Council, The Ramp, British Council, Main stage & Amphitheatre, these plays will serve to entertain attendees and give them memorable theatre experiences.

Speaking about the event, Festival Producer, Brenda Uphopho said “The Lagos Fringe will be showcasing the best and brightest of talents Lagos has to offer, a week-long adventure of everything art and culture. We also made sure that we added a lot of exciting activities for kids so the whole family can partake of the festivities.”

Lagos Fringe was inspired by the desire to provide a platform for network, showcase, empowerment and engagement for arts makers, to develop the connection to audiences and international guests/promoters.
