LAGOS — Aviation Handling Company, NAHCO-aviance has signed new contract to provide ground handling services for five new airlines. This is just as the company has posted a superlative 2018 Half year financial performance.
This was revealed by NAHCO’s Managing Director/CEO, Mr. Idris Yakubu who took over as CEO in November 2017. Yakubu said the good financial performance is a result of growing faith in the new management that has superintended the affairs of the company during the period.
The new airlines to be handled by the company are Max Air which recently started operations from Lagos and Kano, Medview airline for its Hajj operations, FlyNas for international and Hajj operations, AirPeace domestic and regional operations and Aero World.
Recall NAHCO handles most of the airlines in the country and in February 2018 began handling the Rwandan international airline, Rwandair, at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Interna-tional Airport, Abuja.
The Company in a statement says it will continue to deliver service to the delight of its clientele.
In the results announced for the half year 2018, the group posted a turnover of N4.64 billion against the N3.71 billion posted for the same period last year.
