Urhobo leaders commend Okowa over appointment of Chief Oviri

BOMADI—DELTA State Governor, Dr Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, has been commended for the appointment of Chief Oviri  Uto, a former chairman, Ughelli South Local Government Area of the state as Senior Special Assistant to the governor on Community Matters.


Commending the governor for the appointment, Coalition of Urhobo Ex-militant Leaders, CUEL, speaking through the chairman, H. M. Ebirie, noted that Chief Uto’s appointment was well-deserved.

Ebirie, who is also National PRO, Phase 2 ex-militants, assured Gov Okowa that come 2019, victory was sure for his re-election in consideration of the enormous achievements of the administration’s S.M.A.R.T agenda.
