The Nigerian Red Cross Society, NRCS, Delta State branch, has called on good spirited individuals to continue to support its humanitarian efforts, saying that this became necessary following the dynamics faced by the Red Cross Movement in carrying out its services.

Delta State Chairman of the society, Mr. Adolphus Anuagasi, who stated this while delivering his welcome address during the grand finale of the 2018 World Red Cross Day in Asaba, explained that the “NRCS is an auxiliary to the government which has intervened and managed various conflicts and disaster situations in Delta and the country as a whole.”
