THE Bayelsa State  Eco-Investment Park Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Calvert Energy Group for the development of the Bayelsa Eco-Industrial City. The MOU was signed in Houston , USA.

A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Bayelsa State, Francis Ottah Agbo, noted that the agreement was the first of many more investment agreements to be signed by the Restoration Government of Governor Henry Seriake Dickson.

The Executive Chairman of Bayelsa Eco-Industrial City, Mr. Denzil Kentebe, represented the Bayelsa Eco-Industrial City limited while the Mr. Tino Ceniti represented Calvert Energy Group.
