The Peoples Democratic Party has warned the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) to stop covering the alleged atrocities of All Progressives Congress, (APC) by making public its findings on under-age voters in various states, particularly in Kano and Kastina.
This was contained in a statement issued via the party’s official tweeter handle on Monday.
The party equally alleged that APC is planning on how to rig the forthcoming 2019 general election which INEC knows about but remained silence.
Read the statement below:
“Under-Age Voters: We charge the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) @inecnigeria to stop covering the atrocities of the All Progressives Congress (APC) by making public its findings on underage voters in various states, particularly in Kano and Katsina.
“We are aware that the investigation unearthed multitudes of underage voters, particularly in Kano and Katsina, but @inecnigeria has been instructed by the @OfficialAPCNIg and the Presidency cabal to conceal the atrocity, which they plan to use to rig the 2019 Elections.
“Our investigation also reveals that beyond underage voters, the @inecnigeria panel discovered other atrocities, which the @OfficialAPCNig and the Presidency @AsoRock agents have been suppressing.
“We are also aware of the manipulations in @inecnigeria’s computer data center, which has been handed over to a compromised official known to be related to the failed President @MBuhari.
“Nigerians are shocked that the @inecnigeria Chairman, Prof. Yakubu is allowing the APC and the Presidency cabal to use him in their desperation to rig the 2019 election for President @MBuhari despite his overt rejection by the citizens as a result of his failures.
“Only last week, Nigerians were stunned by revelations that @inecnigeria under Prof. Yakubu is plotting to create 30,000 illegal polling centers in soft and compromised areas through which they plan to allocate free votes for the failed President @MBuhari.
“We therefore invite Nigerians and members of the international community to note the various attempts by @inecnigeria to conceal the underage voters, particularly, in Kano and President @MBuhari’s home state, Katsina”.
