A group under the auspices of Isoko Political Exodus, IPE, has energed with a vision to reform politics, check impunity and ensure fair play and responsive government.
The group which has over 10, 000 members has inaugurated its national executives, with a mandate to vote out deceitful political office holders irrespective of their political parties, just as it conferred on Comrade Ovuozourie Macaulay, the group’s Grand Patron.
The ceremony which took place at Isoko Central School, Oleh, had the chairman of the ceremony, Hon. M.O.C. Eto, former secretary to the state government, Comrade Ovuozourie Macaulay, Engr. Goodluck Idele, Hon. Dickson Fineboy Ebegbare, IPE National Co-ordinator, Hon. Okiemute Esien, Engr. Daniel Omoyibo, Alex Omu, and many others in attendance.
Speaking through its National Co-ordinator, Hon. Ebegbare, IPE warned all deceitful Isoko elected and appointed public office holders to change their ways or be voted out from office in 2019”.
He noted that IPE has put in place a special committee to intensify campaign for the use of PVCs as means of choosing their representatives and also check electoral violence in Isoko nation by reporting plans of violent youths and their sponsors for prosecution.
Highpoints of the ceremony was the official inauguration of the National Executives of IPE and award presentation to ex-Delta SSG, Comrade Ovuozourie Macaulay as Grand Patron of IPE for his service to humanity and support for Isoko nation.
