Appoint substantive Amnesty Coordinator, Niger Delta stakeholders urge Buhari

The youths across Niger Delta and stakeholders in the region have commended the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brittania-U Nigeria Limited, Mrs. Catherine Uju Ifejika, for her laudable contributions toward human development and youths empowerment.

This was made known Thursday in Warri, Delta State, in a statement issued by the Niger Delta Oil Communities Agenda, NIDOCA, which was signed by its National Secretary, Comrade Emma Akpovoka.

The group noted that Brittania-U Nigeria Limited, an indigenous oil exploration firm has given immense support and financial contributions to youths empowerment, transformed the lives of several youths, created employments for youths to promote peace and security in Delta state and Niger Delta.

The group further said: “It is worth commending and emulating that an indigenous firm like Brittania-U has very laudable and robust policies for the betterment of its host communities, this is a wake-up call on the Federal Government of Nigerian to patronize, support and encourage indigenous firms in the oil sector”
