The roll-call in Lagos include, President of FIFA Infantino, as well as CAF President Ahmad, FIFA Secretary General Fatma Samoura, FIFA Council members Kwesi Nyantakyi of Ghana and Sonia Bien Aime from Turks and Caicos Islands, alongside presidents of 17 Member Associations of FIFA: Lesotho, Mauritius, Namibia, Somalia, South Sudan, Swaziland, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Turks and Caicos Islands, Denmark, FYR Macedonia, Lithuania, San Marino, Sweden and host country Nigeria.

Only two other cities in Africa – Nouakchott in Mauritania and Dar es Salaam in Tanzania – are in the mix of the 12 cities worldwide hosting the FIFA Executive Football Summits.

The  Bayelsa State-born surgeon who was among the dignitaries at the Eko Hotels and Suites also noted that Pinnick had broken all barriers in football administration as well as transforming the football house to a beautiful bride that is sort after by Corporate organisations.

‘’I’m thrilled that Pinnick has achieved so much when nobody gave him the chance after he mounted the saddle’’, Singabele who also pointed out Pinnick’s passion, energy, vision and drive said.

Of particular mention was the manner the Eagles qualified for the Russia World Cup finals with a match to spare from the so-called Group of Death.

‘’He(Pinnick) has brought honour to Nigeria by giving us a louder voice in international football politics; and a number of worthwhile sponsorship deals with corporate organizations which has greatly reduced the financial burden on the nation’s supreme football –ruling body.

Singabele reckons that with Pinnick as a member of the CAF Executive Committee and President of AFCON, that Nigeria stands in a better position of doing well at international competitions.

‘’He has done well and deserves unhindered access to consolidate. Our football will be better for it’’, the renowned Surgeon who was a member of the NFA said.
