ASABA—SENIOR Special Assistant to Delta State Governor on Events and Entertainment, Mr Sebastine Okoh, has declared his intention to run for the Ika Federal constituency seat.
Declaring his intention at Umunede, Ika North-East Local Government Area of the state during the unveiling of his portrait by the Sebastine Ambassadors, Sunday, Okoh said his decision to contest the House of Representatives election was informed by his desire to add value to the lives of Ika people.
Urging the people of the constituency to screen all the aspirants looking at their performances and prospects and support the most suitable, he told the people to shun violence all through the electioneering campaigns.
Insisting that he has all it takes to represent Ika nation in the House of Representatives, he noted that the business of lawmaking should be for the most suitable.
Chairman of the occasion, Chief Frank Igwebuike, who earlier described Okoh as the fresh breath of Ika federal constituency in 2019, said that Okoh has paid school fees and hospital bills for many people in Ika nation.
