Addressing newsmen recently, Chief Okwagbe stressed that the embattled IPMAN chairman of Warri depot,Chief Benjamin Omonigho Emoefe should not be a member of the  new caretaker committee, noting that the committee is supposed to be made of neutral individuals who  are not critical actors of the script that led to the current imbroglio in the IPMAN, Warri Depot.

Chief Okwagbe, who is also an oil marketer and an Adviser to Governor Okowa on Communities Liaison added that IPMAN NEC can dissolve any zone or depot executive found to be voilating the rules and regulations of the constitution as it’s the case of the IPMAN executive  in Warri depot.
