Ishegbe calls for entrepreneurship devt., as he visits MCIU

Front line House of Representatives hopeful for Ethiope Federal Constituency, Hon Godfrey Ishegbe, Tuesday paid a courtesy visit to proprietor of Michael and Cecilia Ibru University, Olorogun Mrs Cecilia Ibru.

The visit which is part of plans to cement partnership with the institution as it affects human capital development afforded him the opportunity to exchange ideas with top officials of the university which he described as world class considering its serene environment, perfect for learning and state of the heart facilities.

Ishegbe who also addressed undergraduate students of the institution called on them to embrace entrepreneurship. In his brief Caption “ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT AND NATION BUILDING”

He urged undergraduate of the University to constantly look out for common challenges around their environment or communities and convert those challenges to Business opportunities.

He further encapsulated that “Every problem is a business and every business is someone’s solution to a problem”

He admonished the students to be visionary and identify their potentials to be able to plan for the future as there is no Job out there. The only alternative way to secure your destiny upon graduation is entrepreneurship.

Ishegbe thanked Chief Mrs Cecilia Ibru for her numerous contributions to nation Building, passion for education and humanitarian support for the less privileged. He also appreciated the Management, Staff and students of the University for the great reception accorded him.

Micheal and Cecilia Ibru University is a Private University with world class state of the art facilities located in Agbarha-Otor Delta state of Nigeria.
