The Esama of Ukepedi Kingdom in Ughelli, Delta State, Olorogun Okiemute Okwagbe, has called on Independent Petroleum Marketers of Nigeria, IPMAN, National Executive Council, NEC, to conduct the long awaited IPMAN general election for Warri depot as stipulated in IPMAN’s constitution.

Addressing newsmen, in Warri, Okwagbe said that the caretaker committee set up for the embattled Warri depot, headed by Chief Benjamin Emoefe, has over stayed in office.
Okwagbe, who is also an oil marketer, said that IPMAN constitution had been violated and trampled upon, noting that by Article VIII (A) Section A, specifically in No. 3, IPMAN NEC was vested with power to intervene in any zonal depot with problem as is currently the case in IPMAN Warri depot.
