Okoigun urges close mother, child relationship to boost societal living

UGHELLI—GROUP Managing Director of Arco Group Plc, Alfred Okoigun, has said that Nigeria will have a healthy society, if mothers maintain a healthy relationship with their children.

Okoigun, in company of the Chief Executive Officer of Channels Television, Tony Momoh, gave the advice, weekend, during the in-law greeting for his mother-in-law, late Chief Angela Gbinijie, in Agbarho, Delta State.

Describing the late matriarch as a woman who lived a fulfilled life, he said: “She made extra efforts in making people happy which  is an expression of what you are seeing today.

“The good thing is her name lives on through the legacies she left in the lives of her children and those she left behind.”

On her part, the deceased’s eldest daughter, Mrs. Kesiena Martins, urged mothers to love and spend time with their children, adding that her mum would be greatly missed.
