Laser oil, a leading UK cooking oil, currently distributed in Nigeria by Orjiokosisi and Sons Limited no doubt is being positioned to be one of the major household products in the country.

The oil, which has been in the Nigerian market since 1985, is made from Rapeseed oil and a blend of olive oil and pomace olive oil.

Speaking at a health sensitization programme held last Friday, in Lagos, which was powered by Laser Oil Nigeria,  the  Head of Sales and Marketing of the company, Mr. Evans Ndukwe, said Laser oil is doing significantly well in the Nigerian market  with many middle class cooks turning to it instead of Sunflower and corn oil because it has half the amount of saturated fat.

According to him, they have recorded over 180 percent increase in their sales during this outgoing year compared to their performances in the previous years.

Ndukwe describe Laser oil as “a superior product designed for health, taste and Flavour”, adding that  the cooking  oil  which has a health advantage over other oil in the market in that it has  low saturated fat content  now comes in different sizes to make for easy affordability. He said the oil is produced under high international supervision to ensure there is no compromise in terms of it quality.
