A director of Gbagi Foundation, Chief Emuoboh Gbagi, who is an Executive Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, presented the draft cheque for the enrolment fee to the principal of Oginibo Secondary School, Oginibo, Mr. E.A, Naibe, weekend.

Receiving the cheque, Mr. Naibe commended the Foundation, especially Chief Gbagi, for the “rare gesture”, saying that the school authority would have found it difficult to enrol the students, this year, “due to the economic hardship being experienced in the country today.”
