Nigerians have taken to the micro blogging site, Twitter to register their disaffection with the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal government over the planned withdrawal of a whopping $1b dollars from the Excess Crude Account to fight the Boko Haram insurgents it claimed it technically defeated last year.
