The professional body of journalism in Nigeria has commended the outstanding donation of Hon. Tony Nwulu, who was a guest at the Nigeria Union of Journalist Annual Lecture, Award and dinner held over the weekend at Sheraton Hotels, Abuja.
The young Honourable who slays as the most proactive, vibrant and creative member in the house of representatives is the initiator of the bill titled ‘Not too Young to Run’, a bill which the lecture note of the NUJ upheld as the most engaging bill for youths and youngsters interested in governance and leadership.
Hon. Nwulu has in all understanding represented the people objectively, considering the plights of the people over his personal interest – this indeed is a true reflection of democracy through reactive leadership. It is impressive to note that Nwulu amongst other past or seating house members have continuously promoted transparency in his discharge of public duties which has always exposed him to be scandal free and corruption free especially in his representation of the Isolo/Oshodi constituency in Lagos State.
The ceremony was indeed tremendous, which also had the presence of outstanding and prominent personalities in Nigeria, as well as Senator Hope Uzodinma who was a special guest of honour at the event.
