Solar power firm moves to boost clean energy use

As part of its drive towards shaping the future of solar and renewable energy in the country, PaySolar247 Renewable Energy Advocacy Project, REAP, will hold the 2017 edition of Solar & Renewable Energy Nigeria (Solarex Nigeria) conference and exhibition from October 4 to 5 at Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, LCCI, conference hall, Lagos.

The event, according Mr. Sidney Akinmoladun, Founder, will bring together stakeholders, policy makers, investors, developers, academics, students, renewable energy practitioners, NGOs, regulatory authori-ties and major players in the industry (solar, wind, biomass, hydro) with special focus on youths, women and communities.

Mr. Akinmoladun said delegates will get the opportunity to join over 200 participants and professionals, learn over 20 profitable business ventures in the renewable energy industry, access valuable resources and practical hands-on training, discover how to secure finance and investments for clean energy projects, as been conferred as pioneer Solar Ambassadors of Nigeria, SAN.
