The national coordinator of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Media Warriors Forum, Evang Chinedu Obigwe, Wednesday, lashed and swiped Anambra APC leaders for allowing Igbo’s to be marginalised and treated cruelly in Nigeria, noting that the likes of Tony Nwoye and other APC leaders in the state should bury their heads in shame as he (Obigwe) condemned in totality the inequality Igbo’s are facing in the country.

“Tony Nwoye , APC governorship candidate and other APC leaders should bury their heads in shame over igbo’ s marginalization in Nigeria that is responsible for Biafra actualization agitation”, he said.

In a statement issued, Obigwe said that Governor Willie Obiano deserved an applause as the only governor in the south east that honoured Biafra fallen heroes with a befitting burial.

“Governor Obiano deserves commendation as the only Southeast Governor that deemed it necessary to honour Biafra fallen heroes with a befitting burial”, he said.

He said that the condemnation of Southeast governor’s decision to ban IPOB in the region by Anambra APC is a politically motivated face saving measures that is dead on arrival.

Obigwe quizzed to know why Anambra APC maintained sealed lips when APC led Federal government military launched operation python dance with massive deployment of Soldiers to the region.

He further asked why Anambra APC remained mute when APC led Federal government made crucial appointments in NNPC without deeming it necessary to include an igbo man in the appointment.

He advised Anambra APC to first of all condemn the move by the Attorney General of the Federation to institute legal action for the legitimisation of their declaration of IPOB as a terror group.

In his words, “IPOB ban in Southeast by the governors of the region is a political decision that is needed to douse tension in the region, saying that no leader will take pleasure in watching his people killed. That has achieved its purpose in the region.

“Governor Obiano deserves commendation as the only Southeast Governor that deemed it necessary to honour Biafra fallen heroes with a befitting burial.

“Anambra APC’s are day dreamers that will remain in dream after the declaration of Governor Obiano as the winner of the forthcoming November 18th governorship election.

He referred to Governor Obiano’s good works in Anambra State as a good works that markets itself and that the people of the State will re elect him for a merited 2nd term because of their satisfaction with his good works in the State.
