The 19-year-old defender becomes Palace’s third summer signing, after Ruben Loftus-Cheek from Chelsea and Jairo Riedewald from Ajax.
He told cpfc.co.uk: “The manager spoke to me about coming and it was clear that he wanted me to be part of his squad. I must now repay that back by putting in some good performances for the club.”
Fosu-Mensah made his Premier League debut against Arsenal in February 2016 and has featured 12 times in the top flight.
He could feature in Palace’s 2017/18 opener, at home to Huddersfield Town on Saturday 12 August.
