AHEAD of the November gubernatorial election in Anambra State, the Action Democratic Party, ADP, has inaugurated a ten-man committee saddled with the responsibility of implementing its action plan for the election.

Inaugurating the committee, headed by a former Senate Chief Whip and South-South leader, Senator Rowland Owie, in Abuja, yesterday, the National Chairman of the party, Yabagi Sani, who vowed that the new party was prepared to win the Anambra gubernatorial election, said that it would, at the end of the day, chase away those he described as hyenas, jackals and vampires from the political scene.

The Chairman, who also inaugurated the finance committee, which has one-time Minister of Agriculture and the party’ s Deputy National Chairman, Najeem Odewale Awodele, as the Chairman, said the party wants to do things differently from all other political parties and set a standard for others to emulate.
