The cream of Nigeria’s entertainment industry who are scheduled to perform at Globacom’s Mega Music Nationwide Tour and Laffta Fest comedy shows this Easter weekend have assured Nigerians of a most memorable experience. Some of the artistes who spoke on the forthcoming shows said they were poised to deliver the best comedy and music performances to make the Easter weekend a pleasurable one for Glo subscribers. The Glo Mega Music Nationwide Tour held at the Marble Arch, Awka, Anambra State, on Saturday, April 15, while the Aztech Arcum Hall, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, will host the Glo Laffta Fest comedy show today, April 16. “Tell somebody to tell somebody to come and join me live, baby,” said the Egberi Papa of Bayelsa, Timaya, while urging his fans to turn up for the mega music tour.
The PSquare team reminded their fans: “You know we are show-stoppers”, giving an indication of what guests at the shows will experience from them at the weekend mega music show.
There was also promise of a spectacular show from Mavin Music diva, Di’ja. “If I were you, I wouldn’t be anywhere else!” she declared.
The stars scheduled to perform at the Glo Mega Music Nationwide Tour include Olamide, Timaya, Yemi Alade, Runtown, Omawumi and Di’ja. Humour merchants lined up for the Glo Laffta Fest in Port Harcourt include Bovi, Basketmouth, Gordons, Arinze Baba, Acapella, Bash, and Uganda’s Salvador. Some celebrities are also expected to make appearances at the shows. They include RMD, Patience Ozokwor and Victor Osuagwu.
