Peak Milk introduces N40 sachet milk to cushion recession

Friesland Campina, the maker of Peak Milk, has introduced a new Peak Milk sachet into the market which sells for N40, as a way to cushion the effects of the current recession in the country.

The company in a statement said that its customers deserve premium regardless of the current state of the economy, stating, “The latest from the Peak Milk family is the newly-introduced N40 Peak Powder Milk formulated to nourish families with essential vitamins and minerals; assuring them of a “Filled” Day.”

He said “Peak as a caring brand listens to its consumers, understands their economic struggles; and knows that everybody cannot afford it, and that informed the introduction of the specially formulated Peak Powder Milk at N40 per sachet.”

The brand that has been nurturing and nourishing generations since 1954, observed that it is not only premium but very accessible.

“One of the hallmarks of a super brand is the ability to appeal to consumers of different classes; keeping them happy without necessarily compromising qualities and values. After all, who says premium is not accessible? We are not resting our oars as we continuously strive to always remain the best and make sure that our consumers are well-served”, the statement said.

Commending the brand, Niyi Durodola, a brand expert says “at the epicentre of every major brand is the ability to understand the core consumer needs and how products can be designed to meet such needs. Kudos to Peak for demonstrating leadership again.”
