The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal, yesterday, reserved judgment on the matter.
A panel of three judges led by Justice Ibrahim Saulawa disclosed this after taking final arguments.
The panel, set up by the Appeal Court, President, Zainab Bulkachuwa, had adjourned hearing on the matter on Monday after sitting for about 10 hours.
A previous panel had resigned based on allegations of bias by a party in the suit.
Eyitayo Jegede, SAN, a governorship aspirant of the PDP had approached the Appeal Court to demand that it nullifies previous decisions of a Federal High Court.
