Ezekwesili, Igini, others to assess Ghana’s preparation for elections

A former minister of Education and Vice President of the World Bank, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, and an erstwhile INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, Barrister Mike Igini, have been selected among others, by the International Republican Institute (IRI) and the National Democratic Institute (NDI), to assess Ghana’s preparation for the forthcoming general elections.

Also on the list is United States Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Ambassador Jihnnie Carson.

Others are IRI’s Country Director for Tanzania, Robina Namusisi, who was former Country Director for Nigeria, and Chris Fomunyoh, NDI’s Regional Director for Africa.
