Developer of world’s tallest building, Nigerian partner launch Dubai offering

DUBAI’s top property developer, Messrs Emaar Properties is partnering with Wrothams Windsor, a Lagos-based real estate development firm, to showcase a private collection of properties hand picked for Nigerian clients.

The Dubai company which developed Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building and other iconic real estate assets, is planning a series of sales and investment events in Lagos and Abuja to offer the very best real estate developments in Dubai.

Group Managing Director of Wrothams Windsor, Mr. Richard Vedelago explained that the highlight of Emaar’s approach to developing integrated lifestyle destinations is downtown Dubai, a 500-acre housing project which cost is put at a whopping US$ 20 billion. The flagship development described as ‘The Centre of Now’ features global icons like Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, the Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination and the Dubai Fountain, the tallest performing fountain.

“A sterling new addition to Downtown Dubai is the Opera District that is set to define the city as the region’s cultural destination.
