Quackery: Ekiti CJ to enforce ‘no NBA stamp no case’ rule

Ado Ekiti—The Chief Judge of Ekiti State, Justice Ayodeji Daramola has declared that the Ekiti Judiciary would soon commence the enforcement of no-stamp-no case rule in courts.

This is coming on the heels of pronouncement of the Nigerian Bar Association that it will give stamps and seals to every practising lawyer in Nigeria to checkmate quackery in the legal profession.

Justice Daramola, who made the statement in Ado Ekiti at the commencement of the 2015 Law Week in Ado Ekiti, said that the stamps and seals mooted by the NBA, had been embraced by the National Judicial Council and that such will start to have effect in Ekiti courts.

The NBA Chairman, Ado Ekiti Branch, Dr Foluke Dada decried the rampancy of the breach of fundamental human rights in the country.
