Owa Obokun commends late Madam Awobiyi

The Owa Obokun of Ijesaland, Oba Adekunle Aromolaran, has described the late Matron of Ilesa Grammar School and Methodist High School, Ilesa, Osun State ,Madam Comfort Olayemi Awobiyi,who died recently as a devoted Christian and community leader, who left legacies worthy of emulation by her family and Ijesaland.

The condolence message by the paramount ruler of Ijesaland was delivered to the children of the deceased by three of the royal father’s Oloris, at the Orinkiran-Ilesa residence of the Awobiyis.

Madam Awobiyi is survived by Oluwole, a former Osun State Permanent Secretary, Olusola, a former Vice Chairman, Atakumosa Local Government, Osu-Ijesa, Mr Ade Awobiyi, an Osun Electoral Commissioner, Tunde, a Fellow and former General Secretary of the Nigerian Guild of Editors, Deji, a Commissioner in the Osun State Civil Service Commission and Olutumbi, Lagos-based school proprietor.
