Few days after the INEC declared the All Progressives Congress, APC candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari winner of presidential elections, the Vice President-elect, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo and the governorship candidate of APC in Lagos, Mr. Akinwumi Ambode attended the April special edition of Holy Ghost Service of the Redeemed Christian Church of God tagged: “Touch me oh Lord”, at Redemption Camp, kilometer 46, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State.
General Overseer of the church, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, leading the large congregation to appreciate God for divine peace being experienced in the country after the presidential election, enjoined the people to pray that the current peace should continue, even as his wife had earlier charged the congregation to pray for the continued peace of the nation.
On the theme of the programme, Pastor Adeboye explained that whenever God touches anything, such a thing experiences a miracle, God’s touch brings death back to life, it brings hope, joy which he said money cannot buy.
“When God touches a man such person becomes spiritually activated, God’s touch brings new beginning, victory that destroys the enemy”.
