Using Nelson Mandela’s statement “Sports has the power to change the world, power to unite in a way that little else does,” as one of its guiding principles, ESF has as its primary objectives; directly imparting the universal success habit as contained in the Holy Bible, create a proactive, realistic and durable youth empowerment project fashioned to create youth awareness with a national and international perspective and make African youths use their potentials, manpower and natural resources to foster national and global progress on the right path.

Speaking on how the dream is to be realised, Olisadebe said: “Naturally, to realize all of these dreams I will require the: moral, intellectual and financial support of other people who believe these dreams are realizable. The Bible said that: ‘if you seek you will find, if you ask you will be given.’ I did exactly that and in the process of seeking and asking, I came in contact with core patriotic, God-fearing and hard working Nigerians setting pace in their respective areas of endeavour; who are miraculously working towards the same youth empowerment projects through different avenues of their calling. I quickly brought all of them together to embrace ESF. With these great Nigerians I have formed an unshakeable ‘mastermind’ alliance, where two or more people are working together in perfect harmony to achieve one definite goal.”

In addition to creating football campuses all around Nigeria, ESF will also bring to fruition, Great Alexis International Sports University and Great Alexis Royal Guest House.

Mr Alexis Olisadebe has coached a few football clubs like; UD Las Zocas and Atletico Chenet Adidas in Tenerife, Canary Island- under eighteens; FC Inca, Atletico Vaselles, Loranca in Madrid. He also coached in Wingate International English School in Tenerife.

He also holds certificates from: Real Federacion Espanol De Futbol´ level 1-3; Soccer Manager and Scouting Course from (Sports Management World Wide, Oregon Portland, USA).
