THE Kayode Fayemi Campaign Organisation, KFCO, has accused the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) Governorship Candidate, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, of alleged plots to re-enact “imprints of blood-letting and murder”, days preceding the June 21 gubernatorial election in Ekiti State.

In a statement by its spokesperson, Mr. Dimeji Daniels claimed that “Mr Fayose plans to shift the campaign from the realm of ideas to the ring of violence, killings and murder. The PDP and its candidate have lost out in the culture of debate and tradition of decent politics that are the hallmark of the APC. Mr. Fayose has been visiting brothels and red lights across the state where he hopes to recruit the dregs of the society for his planned attacks on the people of the State.”

He further stated that “we can see that Mr. Fayose is being hunted by his past. He is raising alarm so that when he perpetrates his evil deeds, no one will suspect him.”

Also, he said: “We have had our peace in this important and historic state. There was no violence. Freedom, justice and peaceful coexistence remain our companion until Mr. Fayose came into the scene when he emerged as the PDP gubernatorial candidate.”

The KFCO said Mr. Fayose will be held responsible for any violence or killings that takes place in the state.
