SAP, Axel showcase ERP solutions for oil and gas

Port Harcourt-based Axel Enterprise Systems Limited, in partnership with global business solutions developer SAP, has collaborated to showcase the best enterprise resource planning (ERP) computer systems recently in Port-Harcourt.

The company used the avenue to show players in the oil & gas sector how SAP solutions will guarantee advantage for them in a competitive environment.

Mr. Chude Osiegbu, a director at Axel explained that SAP solutions cater for all sectors of the economy, noting that needs in the oil and gas sector are enormous.

Osiegbu added that “SAP has developed industry-specific ERP solutions that address the needs of over 28 industrial sectors and is present in more than 120 countries worldwide. SAP has managed to build up a client base of more than 12 million users worldwide. Those numbers are estimated to grow as more and more enterprises jump on the SAP ERP bandwagon” he concluded.

Corroborating this position, SAP Partner Account Manager, Ayokanmi Ayuba, said adopting SAP ERP suite is a step to organizational success. She said SAP had been tried and trusted and with Axel’s presence in Port-Harcourt Nigeria, provision of SAP business solutions is not far-fetched.
