Her idea was to keep them occupied over the Easter break as well as identify raw talent in the kids that could be harnessed and create opportunities for identified talented players.

Speaking at the send forth party organised in their honour at the government house Abeokuta Tuesday, her excellency said, “I have done a lot of projects some of them had to do with education. So I realised that some of the students actually have talents  and that’s what this is all about.

In the Easter holiday period,  we organised a camp whereby we called all the Under-15 students to come for a talent haunt show at the stadium for a period of one week.

“These Children standing beside me here are those that were identified to have exceptional skills in football and so to encourage them and give them the opportunity of becoming shining stars for our nation, we are taking them to Italy the country known for football,” she said

“What they are going to do at Udinese is to actually improve on their  skills as they will play international matches with some other international football teams and we are hoping that they will identify them, and take them on”.
