Lawyers in the country have been enjoined to make maximum use of information technology to ensure that their matters in courts are properly managed and time-consciously concluded.
Speaking at a demonstration of what lawyers stood to gain from the use of information technology, at the Section on Public Law workshop of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, in Lagos, Mrs. Titilola Ayotunde-Rotifa, Head of Product Development, Law Pavilion, said that“a software like LawPavilion Case Management System makes it easier and faster for lawyers.
“They can keep abreast of all pending matters, cause list, clients’ list and document management for judges, magistrates, Ministries of Justice and private legal practitioners.”
Speaking on “Innovative Tools to help you do More and Increase you Bottom Line: Ask the Lawyer Online,” she said that the software was specially designed with portability and mobility in mind.
“It enables the legal practitioners to always travel light but loaded with all needed resources. This is because they have a constant access to all materials necessary to ease their work. The platform makes it easier and faster for judges and Lawyers to do their jobs.”
