THE Managing Director, Elizade Nigeria Limited, foremost Toyota distributor in Nigeria, Mr. Ademola Ade-Ojo has said that the company’s corporate vision is to take the automobile business to the next level in Nigeria.
Mr. Ademola Ade-Ojo who was speaking at the fleet managers forum organised by the company recently at Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos said they hope to achieve this through continuous improvement of their operations and innovative thinking.
The managing director who stated that they were improving their presence in the market place in order to get closer to their customers wherever they may be in the country disclosed that apart from their twelve outlets across the country, plans are on to construction additional state-of-the-art 3S facilities in Akure, Asaba, and Uyo to upscale their services in these locations.
In addition to this, Mr. Ade Ojo noted that plans were also on to set up workshops in Enugu and Umuahia to further boost their presence in the eastern part of the country while plans were still on to expand their operating base in Lagos by the instrumentality of satellite workshop partnership arrangement with Oando and any other oil marketing company interested in the arrangement.
He told the customers that every effort by Elizade was geared towards customers satisfaction.
“The reason we are doing all these is to ensure satisfaction of our customers. You are dare to us. Your satisfaction is our comfort.
We pray that you corporate and collaborate with us through mutual trust to achieve this “he said. Adding that an inevitable kernel to build a long-lasting friendship is mutual trust, sincerity of purpose and understanding.
Explaining that the fleet managers forum was on annual interactive session between the company and its customers to discuss their problems and proffer solutions, the Managing Director hinted that the company has strived to keep the customers closer with its arrays of aftersales services which include:
*Keeping a partnership with Oando Marketing Limited, which affords them to use their Lube bay or Petrol Stations as Service Points for Elizade Satellite Workshop operations;
*Deploying our Mobile Workshop to meeting the preventive maintenance service needs at our customers’ locations to a pre-appointment arrangement;
*Elizade Early Bird Service, which enables our customer to service their vehicles before resumption of work in the morning between the hours of 06.30am-08.00am.
*Elizade Over-Night Service (ONS), which affords utility vehicles to be brought to our premises and attended to overnight and collected the following morning;
*Week-End Service (WES) apart from opening to customers on Saturdays, our Week-End Service affords fleet owners the opportunity of accessing our services on a large scale through booking for fleet maintenance;
*Diagnostic Services (DS) available to their customers at pocket friendly rates with state-of-the-art tools and equipment designed for the purpose, among others.
*Warranty Repairs which are undertaking at no cost to the customer provided all conditions attendant to claims are met;
*Emergency Recovery Services (ERS) to all our customers in virtually all our locations nationwide at pocket-friendly rates; and
*Aftermarket Installations – our team of experts does this without damage to your vehicle as it is the case outside our system.
