The General Man-ager of Supersports in Nigeria, Felix Awogu, has promised to collaborate with Sportsville Communication Services Ltd in the areas of technical and professional training.
Mr. Awogu made this promise when the crew of Sportsville visited him in his Ojota Lagos office. The Sportsville crew, led by the CEO, Frank Ilaboya, included the programme’s analysts of Tony Ubani, George Aluo, Raymond Akparhuere and Tomiwa Oloyede.
Speaking on behalf of the team, Mr. Ilaboya expressed delight at the giant strides Supersports Nigeria is making in the sports industry and commended Awogu and his team for their foresight.
He said: “We want to let you know that we’re very proud of what you guys are doing at Supersports. You have raised the bar for all of us to follow and we’re very proud of your achievements.”
Mr. Ilaboya also used the opportunity to call for collaboration between the two organizations in the areas of manpower development and training.
In his response, Awogu thanked the Sportsville team for the visit and expressed readiness to work with the organization. He particularly expressed joy at the quality of the programme and promised to collaborate with the company.
According to Awogu, “i enjoy watching Sportsville weekly and I’m proud to say that the programme has a rich content and it’s well produced.
“I’m also excited about the quality of your analysts, the combination of Tony Ubani, George Aluo and Raymond Akparhuere are delight to watch and without sounding immodest, I think they are one of the best in the nation today.”
The visit was rounded off with Awogu promising viewers of Supersport of best days ahead as “we’re developing more quality programmes and also building state-of-heart studio to further captivate our viewers.”
