Lillestrøm of Norway play-maker, Nosa Igiebor has disclosed that he and his colleagues are not under pressure to deliver ahead of tomorrow’s crucial encounter against Ghana’s Black Meteors in Kumasi.
Speaking from the team’s camp before departure for Ghana, the former Warri Wolves star said they have been able to identify their lapses in the midfield and he knows they will close during the tie.
The former Sharks of Port Harcourt midfielder also said he is not afraid of the venue of the match and the players the Ghanaians will field.
“We are not under pressure of any kind. Yes, it is a big game for us that we need to qualify and we know what is at stake.
“We have been doing well in camp as all the boys are in good shape, so I think we will do Nigerians proud. I am sure we will pick the ticket in Kumasi, no matter where they take the game to or the players they will field, we are ready for the game.
“Whosoever is given the starting shirt in the midfield will perform. It is good that we have seen our weak point in the first leg which we have corrected; it has really helped us to prepare ourselves better,” Igiebor said.
