Nigeria emerges tops in South Africa rally

Forever Living Products Nigeria has established its leadership position in Africa by leading the continent in Sales last year. Apart from this, the company secured the 1st, 2nd 3rd and 4th positions in the top ranking of distributors in the international multi-level marketing company. South Africa came a distant 5th position.

This achievement has been attributed to the diligence of the company’s independent distributors all over Nigeria and Benin Republic, as well as the commitment, dedication and discipline of managing director, Mr. Cornelius Tay, and wife, Caroline Tay, together with a highly efficient staff in charge of the nationwide operations of the company.

600 distributors represented Nigeria and Benin Republic at the Rally. The contingent also pocketed most of the awards at this year’s African Rally. Nigeria/Benin won the “Country Pride Award” which was personally handed over to the Managing Director, Mr Tay by founder and Chairman, FLP International Inc., Mr. Rex Maughan, on day 2 of the Rally.  It was almost an all Nigeria affair as Africa’s top 5 distributors for 2011 were recognized by Maughan. Nigeria took four places in this ranking, with John and Justina Ekperigin as Africa’s No. 1 distributor for the second year running.

Kike and David Apeji emerged Africa’s No.2 distributors; Maria and Clement Idigo, Africa’s No. 3 distributor and Oma and Tony Attah took the fourth position in the Top 5 ranking. South Africa’s Thabani Jabulani & Nombuso Biyela came 5th. Congratulating the Africa’s Top Five, Tay commended their remarkable achievements and well deserved recognitions at the Rally.

The FLP Nigeria/Benin managing director told the top distributors: “You must know that all of us are happy for your achievements and that Africa is proud of you” adding, “There are really no limits to what we can achieve with Forever. Infact, in the next Rally we want to see Nigeria coming 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th , that’s what we pray to hear next year when you go on the stage in Sun city, Johannesburg, South Africa for what promises to become a historic African Rally”.

114 Distributors shared this year’s bonus amount of over US$2.6 million, with Nigeria featuring 23 profit share qualifiers.

Distributors who broke the manager and above levels were specially recognized onstage by Rex Maughan, Gregg Maughan, President and Gary Shreeve, Vice President, Africa. Over 275 new managers were decorated and recognized onstage, with 37 senior managers, 20 soaring managers , 9 sapphire managers and one diamond sapphire manager.

Recognitions also went to distributors who qualified as eagle managers, senior eagle managers and soaring eagle manages for their outstanding achievements with FLP business. The eagle managers status was elevated and branded as a level worthy of manager’s position.
