ILORIN-For the first time in his 47 years of political adventure, the strong man of Kwara politics, Dr. Olusola Saraki,  has failed to install the next governor in the state.

Going by the outcome of the Tuesday’s gubernatorial/house of assembly elections, Governor Bukola Saraki, has emerged the undisputed leader in Kwara politics as the  INEC Chief Returning Officer in the state, Professor Rasheed Aderinoye, declared the candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed,  the winner of the election.

The PDP candidate, according to the Chief Returning Officer, polled 254,969  votes to satisfy the  demands of the electoral law and therefore emerged as the next governor in the state.
