Adeseun Ayoade Ademola
Adeseun Ayoade Ademola, who defeated Ms. Jumoke Akinjide to win Oyo Central Senatorial District.
He was born on January 1, 1953. He is a popular politician in Oyo State. He represented Ogo-Oluwa/Surulere Oluyole Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives from 2007 to date.
Until his defection to the Action Congress last year, he was a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state. He is the Chairman, House Committee on Appropriation in the House of Representatives.
He studied Diploma in Town Planning and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Public Administration and later went for Post Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management. He lives in Ogbomoso in Surulere Local Government Area of Oyo State.
Chief Olufemi Lanlehin
He was born oin July 8, 1953. He attended Ibadan Grammar School, and later Gbobi College, Yaba.. He went to University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he read Law. He attended Nigerian Law School and worked with the late human rights lawyer, Chief Gani Fawehinmi.
Before he joined the Action Congress of Nigeria, he co-ordinated Obasanjo/Atiku Campaign Organization in 2007. He said he was deceived by the former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo.
He contested the election in Oyo South Senatorial District, where he defeated the son of the late popular politician, Chief Lamidi Adedibu. He is loved by many people for his humility and gentleness. As a lawyer, people in the South West especially Oyo State are looking forward for his contribution in the upper chamber.
Dr. Patrick Akinyelure who defeated Senator Gbenga Ogunniya in Ondo Central Senatorial District is a chartered accountant, and proprietor of All Over Polytechnic, Otta, Ogun State.
Professor Ajayi Boroffice
Professor Ajayi Boroffice representing Ondo Northern Senatorial district who defeated Dr. Bode Olajumoke was the pioneer Director-General of the National Space Research and Development Agency. Born 23rd April, 1946 at Iboje Quarter in Oka Akoko, Ajayi Boroffice as then fondly called by friends and associates has his secondary school education in African Church Grammar School, Oka and Victory College, Kikare between 1961 and 1968.
He then proceeded to the University of Ibadan where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology in 1971. He graduated as the best student in his department.
He bagged a Ph.D in Genetics. In 1978, he proceeded to University of Newscastle Upon Time, for a Post-Graduate Research Fellowship in Human Genetics.
Honourable Boluwaji Kunlere
Honourable Boluwaji Kunlere, who defeated former Governor, Bode Olajumoke in Ondo South Senatorial District was special adviser to the governor on Political Affairs and Legal Matters
Hon. Kunlere, a barrister and former secretary of the PDP in Ondo state was born in April 1960 at Igbotako Okitipupa Local Government areas of Ondo state.
He is an alumnus of the Ogun state University where he read Law.
