LAGOS – Ndigbo, Arewa and South South communities in Lagos State have endorsed Governor Babatunde Fashola for a second term in next month elections.
At a campaign rally organised by the communities at the International Trade Fair complex in Lagos to mobilise support for Governor Fashola, ACN governorship candidate in Abia State, Chief Paul Ikonne, who was introduced to the Ndigbo community, urged the entire residents in the state to sustain the broom revolution in the state, saying Lagos State “has been a reference point in all states of the federation.”
He said: “We must sweep away the government of kidnappers. We must sweep away the government of bad roads. We must sweep away the government of fraudsters. We must sustain the broom revolution. We can only do that by voting and defending our votes.”
