As an artiste, what food best suits your style?
No particular food but any food as much as it gives the best nutritional benefits that I needed for the day.
….So, you don=t have a favourite?
I love pounded yam nicely prepared with Egusi soup.
How often do you engage in cooking, considering the fact that you might be too occupied for the day=s activities?
Well, I try as much as possible to do a bit of the cooking. I can never forget my source. African dishes are the best in the world.
Briefly tell us, how you prepare pounded yam and egusi soup?
After you might have boiled your yam, put it in a clean mortar and pound. You have to know the tehniques in pounding yam if not you might not get it right. It might be loaded with lumps. It may interest you to know that I prefer natural pounded yam to the floured one.
Are you a food freak?
I wouldn’t call myself a foo freak rather, I love food especially if it cntains all the essential nutritional bnefits of food and I eat whenever I’ hungry, if there’s food available.
Do you by any means played any prank to get your favorite meal ?
No pranks. I eat what I want, when I want it and if it=s available.
What goes with your meal ?
I love chilled water, a glass or two will definitely help in food digestion.
Do you exercise?
As an artiste I do exercises. Sometimes I prefer dancing just to help exercise my body. I do that within a space of three times a week. I also go squatting to help strengthen my muscles, thighs, hips and buttocks, as well as strengthening my bones, ligaments and insertion of the tendons throughout the lower body.
