First Bank Nigeria Plc has rewarded its customers, numbering 200 in Benin City, Edo in the fifth edition of its on-going golden anniversary promotion.
According to a statement by the bank, 200 customers of the bank emerged winners in the draw, carting away various fabulous prizes such as refrigerators, generating sets, among others, joining the train of golden winners from the preceding draws.
The bank noted that the draw which is designed to mark Nigeria’s golden anniversary has continued to generate applauds and is lauded by customers as they expressed their appreciation, hailing the bank for the initiative and for keeping its promise.
Speaking during the draw in Benin, Mrs. Olufunke Smith, Consumer Product Manager of the bank said, “The promo signifies a gesture of appreciation to the ever loyal and supportive customers who have contributed immensely to the success of the bank.
“The bank’s way of commiserating Nigeria’s 50th anniversary is by empowering loyal customers and that the bank will continue to improve its services and products to ensure customers get maximum satisfaction”.
“So far, more than 700 winners have emerged from the ongoing promo, which kicked off in July. The recent draw in Benin City capital of Edo State drew new and existing customers of the Bank as well as relationship Managers of First Bank.
“To participate in the monthly draw, account holders are required to increase their savings deposit by N10, 000.00 monthly, from June 2010 to May 2011.
“They qualify for the four quarterly draw, which has prize of 48 Kia Picanto cars, by increasing their savings in 3 consecutive incremental deposits of N10, 000.00.
“An incremental deposit of N50, 000.00 monthly from June to November 2010 would qualify them for the golden draw prize of N10, 000, 000, for the one winner and two Kia Picanto cars for two runner-ups.
